Living in a Garden of Evil

The other day the weather was just too beautiful to stay inside so i picked up Mariah and we spent the day adventuring and taking photos in the warm sun, basically until my memory cards were filled with all of our photos from the day. We went to one of the places that Eric took me to, i never pay attention to the name... But anyways, we explored all day, and ended it filling our bellies with some delicious ice cream from a place called Anderson's Ice Cream & Cinnamon Rolls. Well, it's a pretty long post so be prepared and enjoy:)

Pretty long post, eh? I hope you enjoyed these photos as much as i do. I took some film shots with a disposable that i'll eventually get around to developing and blogging. And why yes, there are people out there who still use disposable cameras! Welllllll, that's all i've got for now. -Nessa

I See a Blood Moon A'Risin

I've always missed an eclipse when they happen, so last night i was determined to make sure i finally witness one. As soon as i got home from work i got all my gear ready and set up in the front yard. There should be no reason for having to bundle up so much in April, but mother nature thought so. I couldn't feel my phalanges by the time the moon was red,but it was way worth it and it is something i will never forget. The sky was clear, the air was cool, and the sky was just perfect. I wish i wouldve stayed out longer to see the moon completely red and capture the stars, but it was just way too cold and i captured enough. :)

the cool thing about these photos... I used two cameras. A Canon G16, and a 60D... the only one i took with my 60D is the last one. The G16 is a bada** little camera. Just something i found pretty funny, alright enough of that, til next time! xo nessa

Pepsi Cola

Well some exciting stuff has happened recently and the one thing i'm very excited and proud about is getting a brand new vehicle, ALL ON MY OWN! How many 19 year olds are able to say that??? Since i now have a trustworthy vehicle, i decided to spend my weekend by taking advantage of the nice weather and taking a little road trip down to Tahlequah. what for? To see my best friends of course! It was nice for all of us to be together again. But anyways, we drove down and spent most of the day at the river getting sore feet from stepping on rocks, the wind blowing our hair in our faces, enjoying the warm sun on our skin.
